CHINA DEVELOPMENT BANK (CDB)

China Development Bank is a historic and strategic partner of BCL and SFECZ.

CBD was established in 1994. Its assets amount to over $3 trillion and its mission is to provide a means of financing mid and long-term assets and to contribute to a strong and sustainable growth. As part of this mission, CDB is investing in large infrastructure projects, in sectors such as communications, transport or energy, at the same time, supporting Chinese cross-border investments and projects of international economic cooperation.

Its support of the development of EuroSity has also been reinforced by the creation of the joint Franco-Chinese investment fund of €150 million, which was launched on September 6, 2012 and funded equally by CDC Entreprises and China Development Bank.

BANK OF CHINA

Bank of China (BOC) is one of the big four state-owned commercial banks of the People's Republic of China. Founded in 1912, it is the oldest bank in China. BOC has achieved a leading position in China's financial sector and has developed a good reputation in the international financial community. Like most international banks in China, BOC provides a comprehensive range of financial services to customers across the Chinese mainland, Hong Kong, Macao, Taiwan and 37 countries. Its assets amount to over $2,000 billion. It has been part of the Fortune Global 500 for 26 years.

CHINA CENTER FOR INTERNATIONAL ECONOMIC EXCHANGES (CCIEE)

China Center for International Economic Exchanges, founded in 2009, is an economic research organization which provides consulting services and promotes economic exchanges both on a national level and internationally.

This organization has quickly become a major player in the economic cooperation between China and a number of other countries, not only by the quality of its research but by the cooperation opportunities it offers to businesses. The CCIEE Secretary General is Mr. Wei Jianguo, former Vice-Minister of Commerce.

In this context, CCIEE puts its network of companies at the service of promoting EuroSity.

BEIJING MUNICIPALITY

EuroSity also relies on Beijing Municipality; Beijing Capital Land being dependent on the city of Beijing through its mother company, Beijing Capital Group.

FRENCH NATIONAL AND LOCAL PARTNERS

This project maintains the continuity of Sino-French ties that have drawn closer this century and strengthened in recent months, particularly on the occasion of the 50th anniversary of diplomatic relations between France and China. As such, this large-scale operation has the full support of the Chinese and French governments, at both national and local levels.
