EUROSITY, MAJOR LOGISTICS HUB
AT THE HEART OF FRANCE AND EUROPE

EuroSity's integrated ecosystem offers its companies the means of storing and transporting their products to their different markets.

Currently, the logistics players prefer to invest in new areas which are best suited to their specific needs and which meet the latest environmental standards.

But the high demand for new buildings is facing a shortage of new developments and the problem of obsolete storage space.

Given the vast extent of available grounds, the hub can easily accommodate the specific demands of carriers.

NATIONAL AND EUROPEAN LOGISTICS HUB

In the immediate vicinity of Paris – three hours away from big European economic clusters - 70% of European markets lie within a one-day truck drive - An international cargo airport : Châteauroux-Centre – a short distance from international Parisian airports - the intersection of the North-South/East-West axes with nine highways - 370 regional trains a day - one high-speed railway line.

AIRPORT HUB

Châteauroux-Centre airport welcomes planes and cargo of all types seven days a week; its exceptional 3,500 meter-long runway is the longest in Europe; it is the leading European pilot-training center for taking-off and landing; major European site for end-of-life aircraft dismantling (15,000 square meters)

RAILWAY HUB

The Indre department is connected to North-South European railway lines which link many commercial and industrial zones. Châteauroux is situated on the Paris-Toulouse SNCF railway line, and less than two hours away from Paris-Austerlitz.

Châteauroux's freight station is the railhead of the department for agriculture (cereals and fertilizers), for quarrying and mining, retail goods, and for industries using non-ferrous metals. Currently, the annual transport volume is more than 600,000 tons.

MOTORWAY HUB

The Centre region hosts nine highways which enable quick access to the rest of France and Europe.

Châteauroux is located 2.5 hours away from Paris, and 4.5 hours away from major French cities: Nantes, Rennes, Bordeaux, Toulouse, Lyon, etc.

This highway network connects Châteauroux to Spain (A10 & A20), Italy (A71 & A16), Germany (A19 to A5) and to the Benelux countries via Paris. Le Havre harbour is easily accessible (via the A28 through Normandy) and as is the Channel tunnel to the United Kingdom.
