EUROSITY CERTIFIED SITE
OF HIGH ENVIRONMENTAL QUALITY

zone hqe detail

EuroSity's site will meet strict High Environmental Quality standards (HQE) and aims to become a showcase of such projects for China as well as for France.

In October 2013, the development of the area was certified High Environmental Quality (HQE) by Certivéa firm. (seems a bit weak for the purposes)

The first 110 hectares have been developed, using only raw material from the site itself to create overflow basins that can accommodate 43,000 m3 of rainwater, and to build the 1,750 meters of roads and two roundabouts. For this purpose, a total of 100,000 m3 of earth will have been excavated and a further 26.000 m3 of material will be recycled for use on site.
